After delayed from the original schedule (June 27th), NVIDIA finally announced that its Android gaming console will be released on July 31st, 2013. The information was sent via email to buyers who have ordered Shield.
Nvidia said that the delay happens because the company has to ensure mechanical test overall, including quality control. Nvidia hopes that users of Nvidia Shield will enjoy the gadget as well as possible.
