Xiaomi is an Android handset manufacturer from China which has released some Android devices. Now the company announces a new high-end smartphone namely Xiaomi MI2.
The phone will be launched with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Under the hood is a quad-core Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon APQ8064 Pro with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. 2 GB of RAM will give you true multitasking power. The internal storage capacity is 16 GB and it also provides a micro SD slot which can read up to 32 GB.
Xiaomi MI2 features a 4.3-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels (HD), resulting 342 ppi pixel density. It supports 16 million colors. On the back, there’s an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash, auto focus, and Full HD video recording. The phone also comes with a voice assistant app which is claimed to be 85 percent accurate.
The phone will be priced at 1,999 yuan or $315. Previously Xiaomi co-founder said that it costs 2,350 yuan or $370 to produce a Xiaomi MI2 smartphone.
