Sony Xperia E1 (D2004 / D2005)

Sony Xperia E1 is an affordable Android smartphone. Currently there’re two known versions – D2004 and D2005 with different 3G network frequency. The display’s resolution is WVGA, measures at 4.0-inch, resulting pixel density of 233.2 ppi. Multi-touch is supported only up to 2 fingers. Under the hood is a Qualcomm MSM8210 chipset with dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU. With 512 MB of RAM, it runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Internal storage is only 4 GB, not enough for most users. Fortunately there’s a microSD slot for expanding storage.

Sony Xperia E1 D2004 - D2005

Xperia E1’s HSDPA provides up to 21 Mbps, while its HSUPA provides up to 5.76 Mbps. In terms of connectivity the Sony smartphone has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, and microUSB 2.0. The camera is 3.15 MP, without LED flash, but it’s equipped with some latest features such as HDR, geo-tagging, image stabilization, face and smile detection, and panorama. Maximum recording resolution is same as the screen resolution, 800 x 480 pixels. Lithium-Ion 1750 mAh is estimated to provide standby time up to 498 hours in 2G network. There’re three color choices – black, purple, and white.
