Sharp is reportedly preparing to launch a tablet powered by Intel Medfied processor, Intel Atom Z2460. Unlike most tablets, this Sharp tablet has two choice of operating systems, Google’s Android Ice Cream Sandwich and Microsoft’s Windows 8. With dual-boot system, users can easily select the OS they want to use.
The Sharp tablet provides up to 12 hours of battery life for normal use. It’s also equipped with a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels supporting 6-point multi touch. The unnamed Sharp tablet will be equipped with 32 GB SSD. The tablet also features an 8 MP camera on the back as the main camera and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera on the front. Other specs include ambient light sensor, two speakers, and biometric fingerprint reader.
