Samsng Ends 2012 With 1 Million Galaxy Note II in South Korea

At the end of 2012, Samsung reportedly have sold more than 1 million units of Galaxy Note II in South Korea. This achievement was accomplished by Samsung within 90 days since the launch of Galaxy Note II in its home country.

Previously, Samsung had announced that the Galaxy Note II had been sold 5 million units globally. Galaxy Note II sales increased in late 2012 due to the holiday season.

The biggest competitor for Samsung in the smartphone market is Apple that recently launched iPhone 5 in South Korea.
