Qualcomm has announced Snapdragon SDK for Android at Uplinq Developers Conference event on Tuesday. The SDK allows developers to access new technology like blink and smile detection, surround sound recording, burst camera mode, movement sensor, and indoor location, for increase their application on devices powered by Snapdragon S4 processor.
