Panasonic officially launched its latest smartphone in Eluga family. The latest smartphone from Panasonic is named Panasonic Eluga V P-06D. It will be launched in Japan on NTT DoCoMo’s event.
This Panasonic smartphone is claimed to be water resistant. Powering this smartphone is a 1.5GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 CPU TI OMAP 4460 chipset. Eluga V P-06D runs on Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The display size is 4.6-inch and the resolution is 1280 x 720 (HD). Other specs are 8 GB of built-in-memory, 1 GB of RAM, microSD slot for memory expansion. The thickness of this phone is 10.7 mm. At the back of it is a 13.2 MP camera equipped with LED flash as the main camera and at the front is a 1.2 MP front-facing camera for video conferencing.
The compete with another smartphone from many manufactures, Panasonic Eluga V P-06D has some cool features. The first is wireless charging, like the one in Galaxy S III. Another features are 1seg TV. This smartphone is expected to available in the market in June or July 2012. Panasonic has not informed the price of it.
