Nokia N1

Nokia N1 is the first Nokia tablet running on Android operating system. It has a 7.9-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels; that means a pixel density of 325.1 pixels per inch. The high resolution display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 layer. Zero-air gap technology makes it possible to create a very slim display. For processor, it’s equipped with 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor based on Intel Silvermont which is clocked at 2.3 GHz. The chip’s GPU is PowerVR G6430MP. 2 GB LPDDR3 SDRAM should be enough for smooth multitasking. This tablet runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Z launcher as the default launcher.

Aluminum with surface anodization and one-piece design make it looks premium. An 8 megapixels camera on the back supports autofocus, but it doesn’t have LED flash. It can record videos up to Full HD @ 30fps. The front-facing camera is 5 megapixels, quite high for a secondary camera. The biggest disappointment is it comes without cellular network support. You have to use dual-channel 802.11a/b/g/n/ac to connect to the Internet. N1 also features microUSB 2.0, Wi-Fi hotspot, and Bluetooth 4.0. Wolfson WM8958E audio controller enhances audio output. Equipped with a Lithium-ion polymer 5300 mAh battery, this product measures at only 6.9 mm and weighs 318 grams.
