Nokia Lumia Icon Officially Announced With 5-Inch FHD Display, 20MP PureView Camera With OIS

Nokia finally released Lumia Icon through Verizon Wireless. The Windows Phone 8 device which previously said to be Lumia 929 is the successor of Lumia 928, looks similar in terms of design. For specifications, camera is the main weapon of Lumia Icon. Below is the specifications of Lumia Icon.

Like Lumia 1520 and 1020, Lumia Icon can capture images at full resolution of 20MP, can be reduced to high quality 5MP for easier sharing. For optic, Nokia still believes ZEISS as optic producer for Icon’s camera which consists of 6 lenses. There’re also additional software such as Panorama lens, Cinemagraph lens, Creative Studio, Bing vision, and Nokia Camera to makes photo results more beautiful.

For video capturing, Nokia introduces Nokia Rich Recording feature which utilizes four microphones on Lumia Icon for stereo voice quality with minimum distortion and reduced noise on background voice.
