The new Android 4.2 is called Jelly Bean too, like Android 4.1. It brings many new features and improvements over the previous Jelly Bean

This feature allows an Android 4.2 device to share any content on the screen such as YouTube video to an HDTV. You only need to connect wireless display adapter to a TV with HDMI port.

Expandable and Actionable Notifications
The expandable notifications improved again on Android 4.2. You can toggle Wi-Fi, go to airplane mode, adjust screen brightness, and much more.
Previously this feature is only available on some manufacturers’ skin like Samsung’s TouchWiz and HTC’s Sense UI.
There’s an icon on the top right of the screen when you open the notifications drawer. Press the icon to use the time-saving feature.
Smart Gesture Typing
Now the stock Android keyboard support gesture typing that allows you typing quickly. Formerly it only available with other keyboard applications like Swype, third-party applications on Play Store, or phone manufacturers’ keyboard like Xperia keyboard.
Android 4.0 ICS brings panorama capturing mode and Android 4.2 comes with a more advanced feature called Photo Sphere, allows you to capture photos in multiple directions (up, down, left, right).
