In the late May 2013, the presence of Motorola flagship named Moto X has been confirmed officially by Dennis Woodside, Motorola Mobility CEO, at D11 event. The device developed by the company which has been acquired by Google is assembled in United States, precisely in the former Nokia factory in Fort Worth, Texas.
Through the leaks specialist Twitter account @evleaks, the phone specifications leaked. On the tweet, @evleaks said that the phone specifications are:
1280 x 720 pixels display
Dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro MSM8960 chipset at 1.7 GHz CPU
2 GB of RAM
16 GB of internal storage
10 MP main camera
2 MP front camera
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
According to a source obtained by PhoneArena, some specs revealed by evleaks are true, except the internal storage said to be 32 GB. It’s also said that the 720p display size is 4.7-inch. If the features are true, obviously Moto X is not the rival of Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One, or Sony Xperia Z. However, previously Dennis Woodside promised that some interesting features offered by Motorola Moto X are enough to make people curious.
When the phone is on your pocket or hand, it will know when you want to take a photo. This device will know when you’re in the car with speed of 100km/hours and you will interact with it differently, in a more secure way.
