Besides G3 flagship that’s rumored to come earlier in May, there’s another rumor about another LG flagship which the release date is also made earlier. Previously rumored to come in March, according to Korean media, LG will announce G Pro 2 at Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona in February. That’s very reasonable considering that Optimus G Pro also announced at the same event last year.
As the phablet version of Optimus G, G Pro has better specs than Optimus G. Therefore, G Pro 2 is also expected to have higher specs than G2, which is categorized as one of the most advanced smartphones today. It’s rumored that G Pro 2 will have a 5.9-inch display with 2K resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), larger than G Pro’s 5.5-inch Full HD. Optical Image Stabilizer found on G2 may also included on the phablet version.
