LG Optimus G is the flagship smartphone series from LG, which consists of some different smartphones. The South Korean manufacturer has just released a new variant for KT South Korean carrier, LG Optimus GK. It’s similar to Optimus G Pro released by NTT DoCoMo in Japan. Optimus GK has the same processor and RAM as G Pro, Snapdragon 600 chipset with a speed of 1.7 GHz and 2 GB of RAM, but with smaller body size.
Optimus G Pro has a 5.5-inch display with Full HD resolution, while Optimus GK comes with smaller screen, 5-inch, but with the same resolution that results a pixel density of 440 ppi like Sony Xperia Z and Samsung Galaxy S4. AT&T version of Optimus G Pro will also use a 5-inch display and still categorized as a smartphone though the size is very close to a phablet. Other specs of Optimus GK are 16 GB internal storage with microSD support, 13 megapixels rear camera, 2 megapixels front-facing camera, and 3100 mAh battery.
