The first mobile phone is made for making a voice call, then a mobile phone can be used to send message. Now, a smartphone not only can do those tasks, but it can also be functioned as a mini computer.
A study by O2 recently said that smartphone users prefer to do another things on their handset rather than voice call or SMS. They prefer to use their smartphone to access internet, open social networks, listen to music, and play games.
On average, a smartphone user only use the phone calls feature for 12 minutes a day. For internet, a smartphone user can spend 24 mintues a day by average, followed by social media (17 minutes), music (15 mintues), and games (14 mintues).
