An Android developer site has published a new data which shows about distribution of Android versions that access Google Play Store.
Android 4.0 has growth more than 50 percent compared to previous month. ICS runs on 10.9 percent of total Android devices. The increase of ICS devices is caused by ICS update for some devices has been released and the sales of popular Android smartphones such as Samsung Galaxy S III and HTC One X.
For the first time, Gingerbread drops from 65 percent to 64 percent. Froyo also drops 2 percent compared to previous month. ICS is predicted to continue its growth because many vendors will release ICS update for their devices in the near future.
