Aakash 3 Will Be Able to Run Both Android and Linux

Aakash 2, Android tablet dedicated for education, has just launched in the market. However, rumor about the successor of the cheap tablet namely Aakash 3 has appeared on public.

According to report from Times of India, the next generation tablet is more advanced than its predecessor. One of the advantages is the capability to run Linux based OS besides Android. It doesn’t close the possibility that Aakash 3 can be a dual OS tablet. Another new feature is the presence of SIM card slot. So, users can use the mobile network to access internet beside Wi-Fi.

Aakash 2 is a phenomena in technology world. With a very cheap price of only $35 per unit, the tablet is good enough for education.
